At EonGrid, your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy outlines how NoteSuite handles your data and explains our commitment to protecting your information. We believe in transparency and simplicity — and we've built this app with privacy by design.

1Overview

Our apps and games does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal or sensitive user data. All features function locally on your device, and no information leaves your device at any time.

We do not:

Collect any personally identifiable information (PII)
Store user activity or behavior data
Use cookies or tracking technologies
Connect to third-party analytics or ad networks

2Information We Do Not Collect

When you use NoteSuite or any game of ours, you can rest assured that we do not collect:

Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact info
Location data or GPS information
Device identifiers or IP addresses
App usage analytics
Files, photos, or documents stored on your device

No account is required to use apps or games. You are never asked to sign up, log in, or provide personal credentials.

3Local-Only Data Handling

All content you create using our current apps or games are stored locally on your device and remains under your full control.

We do not access, back up, or transfer this data to our servers or any third party.

4Permissions

NoteSuite may request certain permissions solely to enable core features:

Storage/File Access: To save PDFs or export notes to your device
Media Access (optional): To attach images to notes (if you choose to)
Notifications (optional): To remind you of study sessions or tasks

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings. These permissions are never used for tracking or data collection.

5No Third-Party Integrations

NoteSuite or any of our games such as OrbStrike does not use or integrate with:

Advertising SDKs
Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
Social media plugins
Cloud sync or backup tools

This ensures complete isolation of your data from any external system.

6Children's Privacy

Our Games and apps are designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children. Because we do not collect any personal data or use any third-party services, NoteSuite complies with major privacy regulations.

No parental consent is required as no data is collected from children or any other users.

7Data Retention and Deletion

Since NoteSuite does not store your data externally, you control retention and deletion entirely:

Uninstalling the app deletes all app data from your device
You may also manually delete individual notes, files, or logs within the app
We have no access to recover or store any of your data after uninstallation

8Future Updates

Should we introduce features in the future that require data processing (e.g., optional cloud sync), you will be:

Notified clearly in-app
Given the choice to opt in or decline
Provided with an updated version of this Privacy Policy

We will never add background data collection without your clear, informed consent.

9Your Rights

Although we do not collect your data, we support and respect your rights under applicable data privacy laws:

Right to know what data is collected (none)
Right to access, correct, or delete your data (all on-device)
Right to withdraw consent (via permissions or app uninstall)
